Technical delivery data

When you open this website, Vercel may process technical request data such as IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser information, requested URL, date, time, diagnostics, and security events. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in delivering, protecting, and troubleshooting the website.

Axiom Dev does not export or maintain a separate visitor or analytics database. Vercel may process service data in the United States and other countries where it or its subprocessors operate. Vercel states that it uses recognised safeguards, including applicable data-protection frameworks and standard contractual clauses, for international transfers. Provider logs are kept only for the period needed to deliver and secure the service under the active hosting configuration, then deleted or anonymised under Vercel's policies.

Email

If you email the support address, the message, your address, and any information you include are processed through Infomaniak in Switzerland. The legal basis is responding to your request, providing app support, and the legitimate interest in maintaining a limited support history. Please do not send Health data, precise location information, passwords, or payment details.

Support correspondence is kept while a request is active and afterwards only when it remains necessary to document a continuing technical issue, meet a legal obligation, or establish or defend a legal claim. Messages that no longer meet one of those criteria are removed during periodic support-mailbox reviews. Infomaniak states that hosted mail data remains in its Swiss data centres.

App privacy

Each app has a separate privacy policy because app data practices can differ. Open the relevant product page in the catalogue to read its current policy.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email contact@axiom-app.dev. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the competent authority where you live.

Providers

Vercel provides web hosting and delivery. Infomaniak provides email. Their current privacy notices and data-processing terms describe their own processing, subprocessors, security measures, and international-transfer safeguards.
