Terms
These terms cover the Axiom Dev website. Apps obtained from a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's terms and the applicable end-user licence agreement.
Website
This website provides product information, support material, privacy notices, and links to official marketplaces. It does not process purchases or create user accounts. You may use the website for personal or professional evaluation of the listed apps, but may not misuse, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
Apps and licences
The marketplace identified on each product page processes purchases, payment, taxes, and refunds under its own terms. The licence identified for an app governs its use. A marketplace transaction does not transfer ownership of the app, its design, or its source code.
Special-purpose use
Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, apps are assistive tools, not medical devices, emergency services, certified professional systems, or substitutes for applicable rules and qualified instructions. Users remain responsible for their decisions, equipment, permissions, and safe use of each product.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable care is used to keep information accurate and services available, but devices, operating systems, marketplaces, networks, and third-party services can change or fail. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by a breach of an applicable obligation.
