HYROX training and race day on Garmin

Roxya

Train for HYROX and race it from your Garmin watch. Ten ready-made sessions, your own workouts built on the watch, and race day against your own plan, with every station shown the way it is done.

Free on the Garmin Connect IQ Store. No subscription, no in-app purchase, no advertising.

One app from training to the finish line

Your HYROX division sets every load and each station has its own live screen. No phone, account, or network connection is needed, and your workouts, settings, and history stay on the watch.

Ten ready-made sessions

The library holds ten HYROX sessions, from a mini HYROX and a half race to compromised running, sleds, SkiErg and rowing, carries, and transitions. Start one as it is, or save a copy to make it your own.

Your own workouts

Build up to twenty sessions on the watch from runs, the eight stations, ROXZONE, and rest, in rounds. Each station offers only the measures it allows, with your division's loads from the official 26/27 rulebook for Women and Men, Open and Pro.

  • Lengths or distance for the sleds
  • Distance or time for SkiErg and rowing
  • Reps and sets for wall balls

A screen for every station

The sled load stays large with a length counter, wall balls show the reps left and the current set, SkiErg and rowing show the split per 500 m to hold, and the ROXZONE shows the next station.

  • Timed rests and segments that end on their own
  • A vibration when a distance or time target is reached
  • Live heart rate and pace

Race day against your plan

Set a target for every run and every station and a total for the ROXZONE, then see live whether you are ahead or behind. The race records the official 24 laps (run, ROXZONE, station), or 16 laps with each ROXZONE inside its station.

Your LAP stays in control

A segment ends when you press LAP or when the clock of a timed segment runs out. Distance and position never end a segment on their own.

One Garmin activity per session

Each session records a Garmin training activity with a lap per segment. Save it to add it to your history on the watch and let Garmin sync it under your own Garmin account, or discard it. An interrupted session can be recovered on the watch.
